Professor Pekka Himanen is one of the internationally best-known researchers of the Information Age whose works have been translated into 20 languages from Americas to Asia.
After obtaining his PhD in philosophy at the age of 20, he moved first to England and then to the United States. He has written or edited 15 books and numerous articles. Himanen is also a very popular lecturer and has given keynote talks in numerous major academic and other global forums on all continents.
